Hello dear students, friends & fans,
I trust this note finds you all vibrantly healthy and maintaining a mental diet of optimism, positivity, and setting intentions for an expedient and surprisingly pleasant outcome with regards to the current pandemic.
It is imperative to focus our thoughts and attention on the outcome we desire.
We remain open for classes; taking things on a day by day basis.
We welcome you to attend class, but you know that if you feel sick, have been traveling, or have ANY symptoms of anything, PLEASE STAY HOME!!!

As you may know, I am OCD with germs and cleaning, therefore I am hyper-vigilant in disinfecting all door handles, steam cleaning the floors, and sanitizing the poles on a daily basis.
For those of you who may feel uncomfortable being in public at this time, we are working on a way to deliver you both live and recorded online classes so you can still exercise and feel good while at home. The first live session will be this Wednesday night at 8:00pm. Details to follow.
**If you are a package holder and you cannot attend classes, we will freeze your package for you.**
THE WELL-BEING PROTOCOL:
1. If you sniffle, sneeze, or wheeze... stay yo' ass home.
2. BRING YOUR OWN YOGA MAT. We will not be providing community mats until further notice.
3. Bring your own hand sanitizerif you have it.
4. Bring a hand towelfor washing your hands as we are conserving paper products.
5. Shoes MUST be removed before entering the dance area. Any street shoes used for Stiletto Swag on Monday will be sterilized with alcohol before class.
6. Each class will end with a guided visualizationand affirmations you can use throughout the week to keep your focus on vitality and immunity.
7. Please refrain from huggingme and your classmates and don't be a close-talker.
