About Cancelations & Waitlists


THE CANCELATION POLICY FOR ALL CLASSES:

  1. YOU MAY RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL YOUR CLASS 12 HOURS BEFORE YOUR CLASS START TIME. No exceptions*. When you register in Bookeo, you are reserving that class date, and you attend the class date. Please see FAQ below.

  2. Texting Nyla DOES NOT COUNT to cancel your class. ALL requests to cancel must be done IN BOOKEO, 12 hours prior to class start time. See FAQ below.


FAQ:

What if I have a Package?

You must cancel in the system 12 hours before class start time, and the credit is restored to your package.

What if I paid online for a Drop-In Class?

If you have made payment for an individual Drop-In class, and you cancel 12 hours before the start of class, you may attend a future class.

Our wonderful admin team will put a class credit on your account for future use within 60 days. Please allow 24 hours for the credit to appear in your Bookeo account.

Any payments made for a Drop-In class and not rescheduled 12 hours before class start time, will not be refunded nor transferred.

Why can’t I see the option to cancel or reschedule my class in Bookeo?

If you are in time to cancel or reschedule a class, Bookeo will show you those options to do so from your bookings in your customer area.

If it is past the deadline to cancel, you will not see these options on your Bookeo screen.

What if I miss the deadline to cancel or reschedule my class in Bookeo?

If you miss the deadline, please let us know your will not be attending via TEXT to the hotline 480 409 7564. Please DO NOT text directly to Nyla; she is prepping for classes and will not be able to address or respond, or fill your spot.

You must TEXT THE HOTLINE 480 409 7564 if you are canceling or need to reschedule your class due to legit urgency after the 12 hour deadline has passed. We will assess each request on an individual basis.



THE WAIT LISTS FOR ALL CLASSES:

If you wait list for a class, and can no longer make it, please remove yourself from the wait list.

If you sign up for the wait list on a class, and a spot becomes available, Bookeo will email you - or HQ will text you - that a spot has become available. You will have 30 minutes to respond to reserve your spot.

Sometimes, we get very last-minute cancelations. In these rare cases, an email will be sent to everyone on the wait list, and it's a lottery of first to respond will get the spot. Ensure you can get emails from info@violetflamestudios.com.
