POLE FLOW

For intermediate & advanced pole dancers

In this class, you will focus on the flow of transitions between tricks.

This drop-in class is for you if:

  • You like a fast-paced pole class

  • Your goal is to learn beautiful fluid transitions on the pole… safely, from a professional!

  • You have taken Pole Fundamentals classes or Pole Beginner Choreo

PRE-REQUISITE:

You must have some pole experience and be able to catch on quickly if you are new.

*If you are new to Violet Flame, and you have some pole experience and feel you are an intermediate level, we invite you to attend and give it a go!
