Woman on Top is a playful, confidence-building date night experience for adventurous couples who are comfortable in a group setting with sensual themes, discussion, and guided activities.

This beginner-friendly workshop is completely clothed and designed for partners to experience together. Nyla will guide you through exotic dance-inspired movement, positioning, rhythm, and techniques designed to help you feel confident, connected, and in control — without exhausting yourself.

You’ll laugh, connect, and leave with practical “choreography” and movement concepts you can continue exploring together at home.
