Pole Intro will do just that - introduce you to pole dancing. Nyla will show you some pole dancing, you will do some pole dancing, and then you can decide your next move!
Pole Fundamentals Drop-In class

These individual drop-in classes introduce you to the basic fundamentals, bio-mechanics, and physics of pole dance in a safe, supportive and really fun environment.
Attend Mondays, Thursdays, and/or Saturdays on a drop-in basis!
This is another perfect place to begin if your schedule doesn’t allow for a complete 6-week, course… of if you want an accelerated experience to come more than once a week.
Start here, or drop in at your convenience to continue after your beginner course.

Please note we do not allow bachelorette parties to book out public Pole Fundamentals drop in class times. These drop in classes are reserved for our members, package holders, and individual students.

The fine print:
We are a boutique studio and have 6 static poles. All pole classes & courses are limited to 8 students max per class. Stripper heels in any class are welcome with approval from Nyla. Barefoot first on the pole.
Students must attend a minimum of 6 Pole Fundamentals drop-in classes, before moving on to any other level pole class.
12 Hour Cancel / Reschedule Policy.
