This course is for you if:

you are brand-new to pole, or recently new to pole
you always wanted to try pole
your goal is to learn pole safely, from a professional

In this 3-week course, you will learn everything you need to know to get started with pole. If you think you can’t pole dance, this is where Nyla shows you that you can.

This course is a prerequisite for The Pole Beginner Choreography Course.
