Do I need dance experience to take a strip tease class?

No. This strip tease class is designed specifically for beginners.

You don’t need any dance background, coordination, or rhythm to start. Everything is broken down step-by-step so you can follow along at your own pace.

Most students walk in unsure—and leave feeling completely different.

Will I feel awkward doing a strip tease in class?

That’s the most common concern—and completely normal.

The class is structured in a way that eases you into the movement so you’re not put on the spot. Everyone is learning together, and the environment is supportive, not performative.

You’re not expected to “be sexy.”
You’re guided into feeling comfortable first—confidence comes naturally from there.

What should I wear to this strip tease class?

men’s button up business shirt (women’s shirts are too small)
a men’s tie
kneepads ...just in case ;)

ATTIRE:

leggings/tank/sports bra/etc
bare feet or appropriate dance shoe (no heels)
no wrist jewelry (watches, bracelets)

***THERE IS NO NUDITY IN THIS CLASS***

We recommend wearing tight fitting attire (leggings, shorts, tank top), sports bra or bikini under your strip-tease shirt so you are not left uncomfortably undressed when you remove your strip-tease shirt.

A MEN’S NECKTIE

Women's shirts are usually too small and cross on the opposite side. You can pick up a men's business shirt from any thrift shop for less than $5.

You’ll be guided through a complete strip tease choreography that’s designed to be beginner-friendly and usable outside of class.

More importantly, you’ll learn how to move—so you’re not just memorizing steps, you’re understanding the flow and intention behind them.
