You have taken Pole Fundamentals classes or Pole Beginner Choreo
PRE-REQUISITE:
You must have some pole experience and be able to catch on quickly if you are new.
*If you are new to Violet Flame, and you have some pole experience and feel you are an intermediate level, we invite you to attend and give it a go!

Join us for this special one-night workshop and learn the foundations of static pole—where pole dancing began. You'll discover proper grip, shoulder engagement, body positioning, and beginner-friendly movements that help build confidence while reducing the risk of injury.
With over two decades of professional dance experience, Nyla has a gift for making complete beginners feel comfortable, laugh, and realize they really can pole dance.
No experience or upper-body strength required. Just bring yourself and an open mind!
