POLE FLOW
For intermediate & advanced pole dancers
In this class, you will focus on the flow of transitions between tricks.
This drop-in class is for you if:
You like a fast-paced pole class
Your goal is to learn beautiful fluid transitions on the pole… safely, from a professional!
You have taken Pole Fundamentals classes or Pole Beginner Choreo
PRE-REQUISITE:
You must have some pole experience and be able to catch on quickly if you are new.
*If you are new to Violet Flame, and you have some pole experience and feel you are an intermediate level, we invite you to attend and give it a go!
Wednesdays, 6:00-7:45pm
Limited to 8 students per session
Class fee:
$45 per student, single class

This course is reserved for established pole students.
In this course, students learn 5 NEW spins, in preparation for Intermediate Pole Choreography.
