Dance Workout & Mini Choreo

Super intense cardio and very animated, Bollywood dance is energetic and exciting!

Movements are similar to hip hop with fancy foot work and infused with bellydance.

The music’s heavy drumbeats are infectious and it is taught fitness format so you can maximize your cardio workout while learning new dance combinations.

BELLYDANCE FLOORWORK

Some of the most impressive and dramatic bellydance moves are foudn in floorwork combinations!

This is where the dancer really shows off her core strength, balance and isolation skills.

This class incorporates mat Pialtes exercises with traditional bellydance floorwork for elegant, lyrical dance combos and smooth transitions from the floor.

You will need a yoga mat and/or knee pads for practice.

This class is a LOT of getting up and down from the floor… not intended for those with knee issues.
