Sweating is a very healthy way to detox the skin and lose water weight. Sweaty, glistening skin is sexy and makes you feel alive! It’s also an inevitable response to serious cardio activity and this classs is designed to make you feel incredible sexy and sweat your ass off!
We start off with 2 layers of clothing and strip our way down to 1 layer using exotic dance moves, floorwork, Pilates core conditioning exercises and some twerking set to a variety of sexy music from the 80’s to current dance hits.
Once a month, we do this workout with DJ FOX spinning LIVE music for us to make it the HOTTEST dance workout you will EVER experience!!!
