ABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTOR:

On her journey of self-love and self-discovery, Agnes Chau has embraced the practice of Chi Kung for health benefits and to become mighty. She has been instructed in different forms of Chi Kung/Qi Gong and has discovered Flying Phoenix Chi Kung to be especially powerful in enhancing immunity and building energy reserves. Agnes can show you how to practice Yi Jin Jing to become mighty by transforming negative emotions into positive emotions through movement and breathing.

Agnes embraces the Empowerment Dynamic as an antidote to the Dreaded Drama Triangle in her personal and work life. She regularly teaches others the power of the empowerment dynamic in her work as an Engineering Director.

Agnes enjoys Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, yoga, various forms of dance, various forms of Chi Kung, Tong Ren, developing leaders, reading, traveling and continuously learning.
