YES! If you have mastered the art of the lap dance with our signature Lap Dance workshops and classes, then you know that a lap dance usually ends up turning into something more "horizontal" and THIS is the workshop that will help increase your hip, thigh and spine flexibility for an incredible "bed dance." This workshop also includes a sexy choreography of moves, poses and transitions to make your bed dance easy to remember.
Blending yoga, Pilates, dance flexibility exercises and exotic dance make for a very sexy workout and may even inspire you to try some new positions with your new-found flexibility. Too shy to perform a bed dance? No worries! This class is also an incredible stress-reliever & core-conditioner!
